The Joey is the complete all rounder. Sports rides, commuting, touring or trail riding, the Joey can do it all and it folds in less than 20 seconds. Unusually, it works well with two wheel sizes.
With the 520 wheels you have a choice of light, narrow section tyres for sporty riding. With the 507 wheels you can fit a range of more comfortable tyres ideal for touring or rough stuff, or even wide section knobly off-road tyres.
To fold the Joey you have to remove the front wheel, and then release two more quick release levers, which gets it small enough to transport by car or train. There is a commuter kit which enables you to clip the parts together into a single package.
When folded up it is approximately 830mm x 800mm x 250mm . For extra protection you can also put it in the Traveller Case with dimensions (external excluding wheels): 870 x 660 x 350 mm. The Travel Case also has an optional conversion kit to turn it into a bicycle trailer.
If you don't want to fold it completely the quick release handlebar stem will allow the bars to be turned inline with the frame, which with the optional folding pedals mean that bike can be squeezed into narrow spaces such as a hallway without having to fold it.
The Joey will take a rear rack and panniers making it ideal for touring, especially when a full sized bike might be hard to transport.
